In recent years, Beijing has made full use of technologies such as big data and blockchain to open up two areas of government service and public service, promote information sharing, speed up the operation of one network, and let data run more and the masses run less errands.

At present, although some areas across the country have implemented the handling of second-hand housing transactions and electricity transfer, in fact, many areas have a simple physical concentration of the real estate sector and the power sector, because the data information is not realized in the background. At present, Beijing is further promoting the openness of government information sharing.
