As the first standard specification of the blockchain and distributed ledger in China's financial industry, the "Safety Specification" constructs a security system framework for distributed ledger technology, which can guide financial institutions in the deployment and implementation of distributed ledger systems in accordance with the basic security requirements of the financial industry.
