LianGuai reported that the interest-bearing stablecoin protocol Lybra Finance announced the launch of Phase 1 of the Lybra V2 mining program. The specific allocation plan is as follows: Mint Pool (Mainnet): 75%; LBR/ETH LP (Mainnet): 15%; eUSD/3CRV LP (Mainnet): 5%; peUSD/USDC LP (Arbitrum): 5%. Additionally, users must meet the dLP threshold to qualify for V2 mining. V1 eUSD holders will be eligible for esLBR incentives in V2. 2. Starknet introduces a proposal for a simplified decentralized protocol
On September 4th, Starknet, an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, launched a proposal for a simplified decentralized protocol called “Simple Decentralized Protocol Proposal.” The goal is to allow the community to initiate a simple and complete decentralized Starknet protocol candidate, enabling the maximum simplification of the protocol assuming that more than 2/3 of the stakers are honest. The simplified protocol will primarily consist of four key parts: 1) leader election based on proof of stake to determine the schedule of block proposers; 2) creation of a Tendermint-style consensus protocol for proposer networks to reach consensus on each block; 3) chain-based proof mechanism where each proposer must prove the previous block to ensure decentralized proof; 4) timed L1 state updates to periodically migrate L2 state to L1 while merging chain-based proofs.
