Complete Guide to On-chain Wallet Tracking: Practical Tools and Wallet Trackers
On-chain Wallet Tracking Guide: Practical Tools and TrackersEncryption researcher Thor Hartvigsen shared three data analysis tools and his customized wallet tracker on Twitter. He also gave a detailed introduction on how to conduct on-chain analysis to track wallets with good performance history or to understand the largest holders of specific tokens.
1) Arkham: The token page supports tracking recent inflows/outflows, viewing top token holders, filtering specific transactions (specific wallets, custom values or dates). The Arkham Entities feature provides various information about tagged entities and their wallets, such as maximum holdings, balance history, best counterparties and exchanges, and transaction history for all bundled wallets. Visual tools can be used to view traffic from wallets and contracts (such as tokens or entities/people). It is also possible to create your own monitoring list for specific wallets, tokens or tagged entities, with alert functions to track movements.
2) Debank allows you to view all assets in a specific on-chain wallet, deposits in DeFi protocols and all transactions (filterable by specific assets). With Debank Pro, you can select a specific protocol and view the wallets with the most native tokens, top depositors, and those who enter liquidity pools, stake, etc.

3) Nansen’s “Wallet Profiler” works well with Debank, allowing you to paste a Debank address and view its tags (paid feature). “Token God Mode” provides an overview of different indicators for a specific token, such as the largest wallet holding that token, smart contract entities, recent inflows/outflows sorted by maximum value. “Entity Profiler” supports searching for entities with Nansen tags, such as The Spartan Group, and works similar to Arkham’s analyzer but with some differences in tagged wallets.
Wallet Tracker: This includes information collected from various platforms since the beginning of this year. 1) Crypto Funds: I have collected the wallets of the 20 largest crypto funds and bundled them into a Zapper portfolio for viewing all their assets. All their wallets are listed and can be pasted into Debank or used for other purposes; 2) Largest Token Holders: You can view the largest tagged entities for popular tokens and exact holdings, sourced from Nansen; 3) Notable Wallets: Associated with crypto celebrities, all wallets and tags are verified by Arkham or Nansen. Other features include an overview of a real-time updated protocol library, a tool guide for creating wallet trackers, and Twitter links created using this information.
