BlackRock resubmits Bitcoin spot ETF application, designates Coinbase as monitoring partner

BlackRock refiles Bitcoin ETF application, with Coinbase as monitoring partner.

According to Reuters, Nasdaq has resubmitted the 19b-4 form for the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF by BlackRock, which shows that BlackRock has signed a monitoring sharing agreement with cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase and is expected to reach a “final agreement” before the transaction. Previously, the SEC had stated that the recent filings for Bitcoin ETF funds by BlackRock, Fidelity, and other companies were “unclear and incomplete”.
