U.S. SEC sues Coinbase for violating securities rules.According to Bloomberg News, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase in the New York Federal Court, accusing the cryptocurrency company of violating US securities regulations.
