Ethereum Infrastructure & Public Goods Track
First Place: IZAR
IZAR is a protocol that achieves privacy protection interoperability between the Ethereum and Aleo ecosystems. IZAR is a groundbreaking privacy protection interoperability protocol that seamlessly connects the Ethereum and Aleo ecosystems. We provide comprehensive support for cross-chain communication of arbitrary messages on heterogeneous chains, connect the liquidity between ecosystems, and utilize industry-leading zero-knowledge cryptography technology to achieve fully confidential cross-chain transactions. In addition, the protocol will introduce a new governance model (1,000 decentralized validators) and zkSnark multi-signature verification to address the centralization issues of current cross-chain bridges, further enhancing the security and user trust of cross-chain bridges.
Second Place: Lumi Finance
Lumi Finance is an investment platform focused on continuous wealth preservation. By using LUA as collateral, Lumi Finance provides loans with zero liquidation risk and negative interest rates, allowing borrowers to earn income on their debt. These loans have no liquidation risk because the total debt of LUA will never exceed the floor price of the token (guaranteed minimum value). LUA borrowers do not need to pay ongoing fees to liquidity providers and generate negative interest.
Third Place: ChainFood
Reducing food waste, leading with blockchain. ChainFood is the first Ethereum public welfare dApp that combats food waste by connecting users with nearby free food.
ChainFood is the first non-profit dApp in the Ethereum ecosystem that aims to solve the problem of food waste. Users can obtain free food information, publish listings, and verify their identity through ERC addresses. FoodCoin tokens are used to incentivize users to receive or donate food. Layer 2 tokens can be obtained through airdrop rewards using SBT acquired by users. The use of public welfare funds is guaranteed to be 100% transparent on the blockchain.
4th Place: BitPoW
BitPoW is a product developed based on the first practical proof-of-work and aims to drive significant progress in the field of blockchain consensus. With this innovation, theoretically, public chains have the potential to achieve decentralization beyond Bitcoin, avoid the existence of mining pools, and provide lower gas costs for chain users. The BitPoW team is also committed to ensuring that this progress does not compromise the security of the blockchain and does not trigger a mining arms race or unnecessary energy consumption.
Layer 2 & On-Chain Gaming Main Track
1st Place: Cellula
Cellula is a fully on-chain artificial life simulation game. Players explore, cultivate, evolve, and collect unique life forms in the game.
In this game, Conway’s Game of Life rules are considered as the genetic code of life forms, determining their form and vitality. Using the game’s crafting table, players can freely create various genetic sequences and breed their own on-chain life forms. These life forms have unique appearances and attributes, showcasing diverse forms of life.
2nd Place: GasLockR (GasSubscribe Team)
Based on gas, GasLockR provides on-chain infrastructure services such as gas insurance and gas fee subscriptions. GasLockR uses a ZK coprocessor to obtain historical gas prices and provides derivative pricing models that are real-time and verifiable to hedge against the risk of gas price fluctuations. As on-chain infrastructure, it can build protocols and services to address issues such as improving blockchain reliability and user experience. We propose the term GasFi and consider GasLockR as the first trustless GasFi derivative protocol. With GasLockR, other wallets or services such as account abstraction (ERC-4337) will be able to provide SLAs to their users, enabling users and organizations to rely on the blockchain ecosystem. The services provided based on GasLockR include tradable gas insurance, which provides premiums for future gas prices, and gas fee subscriptions, where users can subscribe to Dapp’s interactive operations using ERC-20 tokens or fiat currency based on transaction volume or time period.
3rd Place: Age of Navigation
This is a fully on-chain game that combines elements of real-time strategy, raiders, and dark forest survival. The game map is a Satosea covered by the fog of war, and the coordinates are encrypted using mimcHash. Various resources, artifacts, and other players are hidden beneath the fog. Anyone can freely explore Satosea. The game uses MUD as the engine and stores information about the Satosea scene in an on-chain smart contract. As players navigate, the contract parameters corresponding to the Satosea scene are computed, and the fog of war is revealed. Players use the PoW algorithm to mine resources on the map or pick up artifacts. Resources become tokens for in-game transactions and staking, while artifacts can enhance various gameplay aspects. Players can attack and plunder each other’s property. When performing actions such as mining resources or attacking, players temporarily expose their location to everyone. Therefore, they need to hide their tracks and gather information from others. This game involves rich strategies and gameplay.
4th Place: Autochessia
Autochessia is an auto chess game that runs entirely on the blockchain. This means that not only are all game states read from and stored on the blockchain, but all processes related to the game are implemented through smart contracts.
We believe that blockchain-based games will bring the next generation of UGC models, so we have created this game and are trying to make it scalable.
In order to make the game run on the chain, we have implemented JPS (jump point search) in Solidity, designed the minimum interval for the game, and introduced VRF as true randomness.
Applications Main Track
1st Place: Lumiterra
Lumiterra is a multiplayer online open-world adventure game. In this vast world, you can battle with different players, plant crops, capture monsters, craft different equipment and weapons, and explore novel things!
At the same time, Lumiterra is not just a fun game. In the past, blockchain games mixed different types of users together, leading to various conflicts of interest and Ponzi situations. We innovatively put DeFi users, GameFi users (gold farmers), and game players in a coexisting system, where each type of user can pursue their own needs. By meeting these needs and the commodity economy mechanism in the overall game, we have built a healthy economic system consisting of three enhanced flywheels.
2nd Place: Non Fungible Time
This is an advanced experimental Web3 protocol that empowers each passing day with the power of a time capsule. Time is marked by allowing users to publish and mint each day as an NFT. Preserving the profound moments and precious memories that weave our lives.
3rd Place: Soulcial
Soulcial is a self-generated social metaverse based on on-chain behavior and real-world data. With the self-developed social activity evaluation model, users can co-create personalized social assets with AI, bind their social scores, and carry out AI-driven social activities, thereby building a unique soulful social metaverse. The project can help users find soulmates while continuously accumulating their decentralized social graph.
4th Place: PeopleEquity
EquitySwap has pioneered a new market value growth model that ensures good liquidity as the project price rises. At the same time, it can reduce impermanent loss and trading slippage. With precise incentive mechanisms, it opens the era of DEX rebates and can gradually replace CEX, achieving fully decentralized trading.
AI & Blockchain Main Track
1st Place: ProtocolSign
Web3 privacy electronic signature, asset, and identity carrier. It can sign contracts in a private manner, with only you knowing the content of the contract. We have also developed an AI contract generation tool that can generate the contract you need in a single sentence. Moreover, this is not just a signature. The electronic signature is a carrier of assets. Essentially, what we want to do is create programmable credentials for real-world assets on the chain. This can provide users with identity and asset ownership, freedom, and liquidity.
Second Place: Megaxis
We have created a prompt marketplace on a decentralized blockchain, based on the Web3 token economy. By tokenizing prompts, we can unlock the potential value of the market. Engineers can earn tokens by creating and selling high-quality prompts. The better their prompts perform, the more valuable their tokens become. Megaxis also uses the Web3 token economy to build a community around the platform. For example, token holders can be granted voting rights in platform decisions and vote for or against prompts.
Third Place: Metavoice
Metavoice is a voice-enabled MetaMask wallet product specifically designed to empower visually impaired individuals. We recognize the significant challenges faced by individuals with limited or no vision in navigating complex interfaces and managing transactions. We set out to create a solution that would provide seamless and direct access to their crypto wallets, and Metavoice is the result of this effort. Metavoice is more than just a product; it is a step towards a more inclusive future, where technology serves everyone equally.
Fourth Place: Allditors
AI Big Model Public Audit Infrastructure and DAO Community. We comprehensively measure the alignment of AI with human ethics and showcase the model’s biases, values, and performance on different issues through rankings and profiles. People can contribute by providing test data, proposing audit issues and methods, earning NFTs, and profiting in the marketplace built on this foundation.
Developer Tool Track
First Place: Sodium Wallet
Sodium Wallet utilizes zero-knowledge proofs (ZK) and multi-party computation (MPC) technology to allow users to access decentralized applications (dApps) without the need for complex workflows or cryptographic knowledge.
In addition, Sodium Wallet provides wallet services for decentralized applications.
Second Place: zkGATE
This is a privacy-based login protocol that allows users to log in to any third-party application using zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs). In the digital age, privacy and data security are major concerns. When we click to log in to any app using Google, the third-party app can access all personal data in the Google database. It can store unnecessary personal information fields in its own database.
zkGATE is a login protocol that can be integrated by third-party apps, and only the information needed by the app will be passed to it, while other information is encrypted as zero-knowledge proofs and stored in an NFT serving as an access pass.
Third Place: ChainEye
A free and open-source full-chain analysis tool. ChainEye aims to build the world’s leading free and open-source full-chain analysis tool for Web3 retail investors. Users can leverage the tool to find interesting opportunities such as liquidity mining, trading and lending, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), airdrops, token monitoring, and DAO governance. We currently support Optimism, Starknet, Arbitrum, and zkSyncEra, and will add more layer-one and layer-two chains in the near future. To support the thriving ecosystem built on layer-one/layer-two, we also provide an RPC list as a developer/user perk.
4th Place: WASM Cairo
WASM-Cairo is a WebAssembly-based Cairo runtime and development suite. WASM-Cairo is a Starknet L2 infrastructure developed based on WebAssembly, which allows us to run any application written in Cairo anywhere – natively, on the backend, or in the browser.
