Arbitrum’s High-Quality Project Inventory: What are the new projects worth looking forward to?

Arbitrum's New Project Inventory: What's worth anticipating?

Arbitrum’s ecosystem is still thriving, and Flip Research, a crypto KOL, has listed high-quality projects and noteworthy new projects in sub-areas such as DEX, LSD, options, contracts, and currency.

AMM DEX: The DEX space is very crowded, and the key is to look at the project’s lifespan. Camelot has a low market cap/revenue ratio, CLAMM Dex, xGRAIL staking, and additional revenue streams from LaunchBlockingd, maintaining a critical position in the ecosystem. Chronos’ token model is V-shaped dilution, and it remains to be seen if they can maintain TVL accumulation. TraderJoe seems to have lost momentum, and they have enabled sJOE on Arbitrum and are monitoring trading volumes.

LSD: All three LSD protocols are innovative. Pendle tokenizes the income element of yield-bearing tokens; Unsheth provides a diversified LSD ETH basket; Flashstake allows users to receive immediate early-stage returns from future earnings. In terms of personal risk tolerance, Pendle appears to have a reliable risk/reward ratio.

Perp DEX: The Perp DEX on Arbitrum is controlled by two protocols, GMX and Gains. Although GMX has consolidated its position as a blue-chip, the Gains model is very efficient (as seen from the fee ratio). Both have enormous potential for growth compared to CEX trading volume/fees.

Money Markets: Competition in the money market is rapidly intensifying. Radiant has a high-profit model, and although TVL is much lower, revenue is comparable to AAVE. It remains to be seen if this can be sustained as rewards begin to unlock in a few weeks. Lodestar has rapidly gained a substantial TVL and is about to launch staking, which should be a good price catalyst. Ghast has just launched, and their dapp will be coming online in the next few days. TapiocaDAO’s launch is also eagerly awaited.

Options: The options narrative has not yet truly taken off, but I believe it will eventually happen. Lyra and Hegic both look like good projects. Smilee Finance recently announced their $2 million funding, while Diatomix is developing perpetual volatility options in a composable way.

Other: Other standout projects include the treasury aggregator protocol GND, governance protocol PlutusDAO, and game Sanko GameCorp.
